The first time I worked with sugar I needed a stool to reach the pot on the stove. My Mammaw’s house was bustling for her birthday. My dad stood me in front of the stove, handed me an index card with instructions, and told me it was her favorite icing. She loved her cake, and I helped make holiday candies and desserts from then on.

Everything I make is bespoke and small batch. I only use cane sugar in all products, including the invert sugar! No high fructose corn syrup.

All of the products are developed with the adult palate in mind. A greater depth of flavor is always the goal, and the recipes may change as testing uncovers improvements.

I am striving for sustainability in products, process, and packaging. All packaging is recyclable and products are made on a lean, just in time model to reduce waste.
